Start a CGO Committee in Your Unit

Start with at least four CGOs willing to put in the work to get this started.   These four members will likely make up the first Executive Council: President, Vice President, Secretary, & Treasurer.

Familiarize yourself with the regulations of your respective service (Army/Air).  Draft your bylaws and get them approved by the Designated Authority.

Plan out your meetings for each quarter.  Meetings should include agendas and significant speakers.  Poll current commanders regularly for CGO skillsets that need improvement.

Collect feedback!  Feedback comes from all resources such as CGOs in attendance, those that do not attend, commanders, and FGOs.
